This winter it has finally happened to me. What I knew would happen all along. My body is cold and hard. My lungs are stuck to my closed throat. My body rejects any environment that is warming that 40 degrees. I have icicles for limbs, and they flower out at the ends where my fingers used to be. Now i'm just a star with shards of ice poking through me in all directions. If I begin to melt the ice tries to exit my pores and spikes through the entirety of my skin all at once. I can no longer feel my body from the inside out. When I touch it it feels like touching fresh Novocain gums. Two cold lumps rubbing together with no feeling. I cant move too fast for too long or it starts to melt, and I am left in pain.
